lost/messed up menu

need help! somehow i have messed up my menu and instead of f.e. “home/about” there arenow the titles of my articles! i want the titles of the articles writen to the left of the article (above the date of the upload)

It looks like you have chosen to set up a custom menu for your site, that’s why your page titles appear at the top navigation. You can simply go to Appearance > Menus, select blank as the primary menu, and click Save – that will reset your top navigation to default.

which leads me to another problem: i have three menues – but how can i make ma articles appear under those menues? they are now in the archive but i want them to appear in chronological order (text & pictures) underneath each other when i click on the menue.
