Lots of hidden plugins

  Hi, my site speed is very low because there are a lot of unnecessary plugins that I didn’t install, for example, elementor, images loaded, Youtube, Slick, Dashicons and Google Fonts API. I tried setting different settings and disabling the google fonts as well as using Ezoic to optimize site speed but still doesn’t work. I have also tried fixing the file manager on my Godaddy hosting nut none of these worked. Help!
