Lots of Issues with Site

  Hi there!
  My site defenserestsatbhi.com is having a lot of issues today that have only just come up, and I have no idea how to fix them. I am unable to login to even my admin account, and the website will not pull up to other parties. The website occasionally goes in and out of being live, but I am mainly getting a loading bar that never makes it all the way. I’m not sure what to do and am freaking out a little bit. Can someone please help me?

  Additionally, I am unable to login from the WordPress site itself, and it says my username does not exist, although I am using the username and PW that show up in my WP app.
