Lots of small videos, how to load the pages faster?

  I am loading a lot of video content into my posts using Blip.tv and it takes a long time to load the page when I use posts because several posts re shown at the same time. Should I separate the posts into pages? This sounds like a lot of work managing a long index of pages…can I get posts to show up one at a time? Any ideas??
