  Hi,

  I’ve purchased the lottery plugin as you can see in my purchase history, but the plugin has a number of issues and is not behaving correctly.

  We are trying to get support for it, but the developers simply do not respond to their contact form or help requests on their website.

  Please can you advise what we should do? Do you have any means through which we can contact them or are you able to offer support? Or do i have to request a refund through you?
