  Are you saying you want to use the AltoFocus theme for a WordPress.org site hosted elsewhere? Have you actually looked at: https://wordpress.com/theme/altofocus because at the bottom of the page it says, along with the appropriate link:

  This theme is available for download to be used on your WordPress self-hosted installation.
