Lovecraft page template settings turned to French

A while back, the page template settings were in Spanish for reasons no one could figure out. Then they stayed in English for a long time, but a few days ago there was one day of Spanish and now they are in French. I’ve never had it happen in any of my other blogs that use other themes.
It’s odd and I don’t want to be worried about it, but soon I will be inviting the public to see some of my transcribed letters and I don’t want anything else to go wrong. The page of this particular picture is NOT password protected as some of my pages currently are.
