Lovecraft theme- images on homepage?

  Hi there,
  I’m using the Lovecraft theme. My blog is the homepage. Can anyone tell me why images aren’t appearing in the excerpt on the home page?

  Hi Amanada,

  Please make sure that you have set a featured image for each post. The image you select should then appear in excerpts.

  Featured Images

  If you have set a featured image for a post, and it doesn’t appear in an excerpt, please let me know.

  Hi Gary,
  thanks for that it worked a treat. You might be able to help with another annoying little thing!
  My first blog post on my home page isn’t showing a ‘continue reading’ button and the excerpt is exceptionally long? The only way into the article is to click on the main title. Any idea how I can fix this?

  Have you added a custom excerpt for that post? If you have, please try deleting it.
