Low quality logo upload

  Hi everybody,
  I need some help to understand why I can’t upload a logo in an acceptable quality.
  I really can’t imagine what the problem is, also because my file has an high quality.
  Actually I’m using Rebalance theme and if you need to have a look closer to the problem you can just add ‘.wordpress.com’ after my nickname to get to the site. (I just don’t want to spam!)
