Can i know how to change in CSS, i can’t find it in my wordpress dashboard? if it’s disable how do i enable it?

As you can see second all sentence in the title of all gallery’s is starting with uppercase.

Hello, syamirzal

To add CSS you can go to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS

Here is the code to change title of the gallery to lowercase or all letter in lowercase
```
.header-content h1 {
    text-transform: lowercase;
}
```
Here is another code to change the title of the gallery to none or first letter is uppercase
```
.header-content h1 {
    text-transform: none;
}
```

I’m sorry i can’t find the customizer sub menu when i click Appearance, only Widget’s and Menu’s are available, is it because i’m not the super admin?
