<media:title type=”html”>fnmueller</media:title> messes up the real title

  Hi,

  I am using the Silver is the “New Black by Gregory Auld” theme and have the problem, that WordPress adds this tag at the end of each <item>:
  <media:title type=”html”>fnmueller</media:title>
  This supercedes the <title> tag at the top. The consequence is, that all my real titles don’t show up on planetsuse.org or in my RSS feed.
  Is there a way I can fix this behavior? I believe I am not supposed to edit the theme and changing the theme is not an option for me (besides that I don’t know if it would fix the problem).

  I think this is an issue for support. Use: http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
  The issue doesn’t show up if you use the atom feed: http://fnmueller.wordpress.com/feed/atom/

  Your feed is fine and should work in any feed reader. The problem is a bug in planetsuse.org’s feed code.

  thank you, the issue was worked around by using the Atom feeds.
