Hi there,
I’m not sure I understand, can you clarify what you are trying to do? I see that you have deleted your site and all upgrades. This has had the effect of cancelling luckyhorsetherapy.org, which means we no longer control the domain.
Do you wish to first restore luckyhorsetherapy.org so that you can access it again?
Thanks for the additional info!

I could not use your site and my daughter wanted me to cancel it so that she could use a site she is familiar with to design my website. I deleted my domain and got the auth-code from wordpress to use on another site, but it isn’t working. At this point I am ready to give up. If you can’t help that is what I will have to do.

Hi there,
The auth code isn’t working, because the moment you cancelled the domain you stopped owning it, and you can’t transfer a domain you don’t own.
But we can still restore the domain to your account at this point. If we do that, you won’t be able to transfer it somewhere else right away, as any new domain at any domain provider is subject to a 60-day transfer lock. But we can help you point the domain to the service where you want to use it in the meantime.
You can also wait for the domain to become available again, but in this case that will take several weeks as the domain will first need to go through a process called Redemption, and we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to register it again once the Redemption process is over.
Do you want us to restore the domain to your account so you can continue using it?
-
Yes, I want to restore it and would like you to help point the domain to the service where I want to use it in the meantime.

Thanks for confirming.
We’ve restored the domain to your account, so if you click on My Site you should see it there again.
To point it to another service for you, we’ll need either their IP address(es), or their name servers. Please contact support at the other service for that information.
Once you have it, let us know here what records you need to use, and we can add them to the domain for you.
If you want, you can also try doing this yourself – you can find the necessary instructions here:

what do you mean by “we can help you point the domain to the service where you want to use it in the meantime” and who’s ip address or name do you need. Say I want to move to godaddy, do i get the ip and server name from them?
thank you for your help

Yes, if you’re hosted with GoDaddy, they’ll provide you with your hosting server’s name servers or IP address.
