I have paid for renewal of my domain last month (up to 2017.08.01) however on wordpress it says it expired. Please help us. ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
That domain mapping upgrade does not belong to your account, but was purchased by the username, sharpq. The last payment for that upgrade was made in 2013, and it expired on 23 August.
If you paid your registrar for the domain, that renewed your domain itself. However, the mapping upgrade that connects your domain to your WordPress.com site is a completely separate upgrade. It’s that upgrade that’s expired, not the domain.

You will need to log in as the sharpq account, and then you’ll be able to renew the upgrade from the Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/purchases/
If you can’t log in as the sharpq account, you’ll need to wait for the expired upgrade to be cancelled completely, and then you’ll be able to buy a new mapping upgrade for this account.

Hello, I am afraid sharpq is my ex and he is not willing to help me. He removed himself from admin list for my website. I tried to map lulka.pl again to use it as my site’s address for $13.00 /year however every time when I hit Add the website does not refresh and I can not add it to the cart. I tried on Chrome and Explorer and it still does not work. Please help I am desperate now :(

It looks like the expired mapping has already been removed from the other account, so I’ve added it to your site manually.
You will need to go to the Purchases page and renew the mapping upgrade before the end of next week or it will expire again. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

Hello, so I went to renew mapping, added my card details but payment was not processed and I got this billing history:
– Sep 19, 2016 Domain Mapping Card details updated $0.00
– Upcoming Charges: Sep 25, 2016 WordPress.com Domain Mapping for lulka.pl $13.00On the Domains tab it still says it expires in 6 days. When I click on it then it says:
Type:Mapped Domain Mapping renews on:September 24, 2016.
When I click on ‘payment settings’ it redirects me to Plans.Could you please advise it that all correct? Does it mean that payment of $13.00 will be processed on 25 Sept? Thank you for your help

Right. By updating payment details you activated automatic renewal, so the mapping should renew before it expires on the 25th. If you want to renew it immediately, there should be an upgrade now option on the Purchases page, but auto-renew is now active so it should happen automatically.

When I hit ‘Upgrade now’ it leads me directly to all those plans for 2.99$ per month etc…
Fingers crossed for the mapping auto renewal for $13!
