Luxury Theme: Customizer Option Disappeared

    Hi,

    Please help investigate why I am seeing widget only under the Customizer Tab? It has been a recurring issue for me. The wordpress support said I used check it with theme as they don’t see any problem.

    I tried different browser and clear cache but nothing works. Please help investiagate. Thanks

    Hi there – Thank you for the screenshot.

    I’ve been able to view the Customizer as you, but I see all options. This leads me to believe that it may be a browser issue. Let’s try that approach first.

    1. Switch to another browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and login there. Does the Customizer show more options?

    2. Clear your current browser’s saved cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    Then make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. After this, does the Customizer show more options?

    Hi ,

    Thanks for the response. I cleared cache again for IE and Chrome but still didn’t work. I tried it with Firefox which I just recently installed just to test it but still showing the same.

    One more thing – I noticed that my page is using the default font of the theme which I have changed to a different font (using customizer), so I am pretty sure there is something wrong.
