lying support pages

  So, when the support pages say I can contact wordpress.com staff through this contact form they’re clearly lying.

  “Contact WordPress.com Staff
  If you’ve looked through the other resources and still have a question, you can contact the staff of WordPress.com using our Support Contact Page.”

  And yet, the only option available to me on this page is to ask the community. If I wanted to ask the community I would have gone to the forums. I have a private question about my account I want to address to a staff person at wordpress. Clearly that’s not an option and incredibly frustrating!

  If you don’t want me to contact you, just be honest and tell me that. Don’t lead me down a rabbit trail and then, in the end, LIE to me. That’s such bad customer service it’s beyond believable.

  You could email this address without the spaces required to display it here on the forums support @ wordpress.com
