m4a music files

  I have just started with my page and would like music with a page. noted that it said could only upload MP3 files. So purchased space upgrade to upload m4a files, which is the type of file for an i-tunes file. uploaded the music file, and it shows on my page, click it and a box appears that says SNAP click for m4a file, did that and a page opens but its blank, nothing happens,

  What have I done wrong?
