Mac App – Unable to Connect to Facebook – Cookies Required

    Hi,

    I am trying out the new Mac App and ran into an issue when trying to Link to my Facebook account.

    I get to the FB login screen and when I enter my login details Facebook tells me Cookies are required. Unfortunately I have no ability to change that in the Mac App, unless anyone else has some ideas.

    Additionally when I click on ‘Cancel’ nothing happens. At first I thought I was stuck and would have to close the app. Then I notice that it has created a new window the exact same size as the existing App window.

    I have screen shots but dont see how to attach them to this thread.

    That’s a wordpress.ORG software install that we do not provide support for. That site is not hosted by wordpress.com and our support doc do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with that site.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
