Well, you’ll get better results by doing it yourself.
Personally, I use Firefox and the Web Developer plugin. That way I can see immediately
what the changes I make do. (and it’s *free*)Because a lot of the parts of your webpage live online at wordpress.com, it may take a bit of setup for you to get Dreamweaver to give you the results you want.
Having said that, My preference for other web work is definitely Dreamweaver (and I use a Mac).If you don’t know HTML or CSS, you may benefit from some classes–there are also some nice tutorials on the web, which I’m sure someone else will link to for you :)
You can also head to the library for some great tutorial books. -
I use CSSEdit (http://macrabbit.com/cssedit/) – its not very expensive and you can try it before you buy it – and has some nice features incl. ‘xray’ to help you easily identify the relevant mark-up, a nice editing UI and Milestones…

I just use a simple text editor like Coda to make changes and use the suggestion from Adam for seeing changes on a live site (http://getfirebug.com)

I read Dan Cederholm’s CSS books first, colorful pages and fun: :)
http://www.simplebits.com/publications/then try these: graphic style editor, “stylemaster” is about 30 bucks, the same as “cssedit”, but i prefer cssedit.
then love this: text style editor, free “Textwranger” is very good.
