Mac user don’t get large images when they click on the gallery images

    Hi

    I really like the galleries on wordpress, they look great and work well on my PC and android devices.

    However Mac users tell me they don’t see the larger images when they click on the photos in the gallery.

    Is there anything I can do to solve this?

    I have checked the ‘Display images in full-size carousel slideshow’ box in Settings>media

    I’m using png files. Would another image format work?

    Any help would be appreciated.
