Made a page so it would appear on the menu, but can I make the page a blog?

  So I had to make a page “Intelligence” so that it would appear on the menu and could be navigated to, but can I then make that page a blog? In other words I would like a template or widget or tool to make the page such that I could update it daily with findings and writings? I would also like to do the same with the another page. They are both static pages within a template.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I believe that you can accomplish what you’re looking to do with a combination of Categories and Category Pages
