Made changes, now cant' access dashboard area

  Yesterday I made some changes (apparently bad ones) to a WP blog at
  http://totallykimleigh.com/news
  and now I can’t get to
  http://totallykimleigh.com/news/wp-admin
  and
  http://totallykimleigh.com/news/wp-login
  doesn’t do anything. It looks like I somehow assigned a Category to be the main page. Unsure and don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?
