Made static front page. How to get to post page?

I created a static front page, but now don’t see any kind of link to my blog page that I titled ‘News’. I thought a tab would appear at the top (Digg theme) but it doesn’t. How does someone get to my News page from the front page? Do I need to make a link? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you have posts?
You can set which page the posts appear on by going to the Dashboard->Reading and choosing a particular place on your blog. Just under where you set your blog to start on a static page, you can choose which page your posts go on:
Set:
* Posts page: -
Since “news” is not appearing in the top navigation, I can only assume that you did not “publish” the “news” page. Check and see if that is it.
Actually, I think you created a “post” called news rather than a page. Is that possible?
