I paid for a magic member single user license on April 14, 2023 and never got the email download. I contacted their customer support 3 times with no response. I am at a loss what to do

I’m not familiar with “magic member single user license” can you clarify what you are referring to? This is a 3rd party plugin you purchased for your WordPress site? If so what is the URL of your site? The only site I see on your account currently is civildissolution.wordpress.com, and it’s not possible to add plugins on sites under our free plan.
If you need to upload any plugins or themes to civildissolution.wordpress.com you can do that by upgrading to the Business or eCommerce plan.
