    However i didn’t get it.
    it is important since my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email will go offline soon

    If you didn’t get the confirmation email at (email visible only to moderators and staff), please go to https://wordpress.com/me/account → click Cancel to cancel the pending email change. Then try changing the email address again.

    Make sure to check your spam/junk folders in case you still don’t see the email.
