    Are you following the instructions here? https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/

    If so, at what point are you getting stuck?

    Yes, I am doing everything correctly. Once I paste my code into the widget box, it still does not show up. In fact, it displays this as my code after I paste my code in there.

    “[mailchimp_subscriber_popup baseUrl='mc.us13.list-manage.com' uuid='f68d6a75406a761830ce6efc5' lid='4f66ab4bfd' usePlainJson='true' isDebug='false']”

    I’ve added the MODLOOK tag for Staff assistance. Please be patient while waiting for them to reply.

  • Hi there,

    I loaded your sites now and the pop-up appeared for me as it should. It won’t appear in the Customizer where you add the code, only when you view the front page of your site itself. That code is what should be showing in the widget.

    Note that we store a cookie in your browser so the pop-up won’t show for you if you’ve already seen it, so to test if the pop-up works please look at your site in an incognito window in Chrome, or clear your browser cache before viewing your site.

    @kokkieh- thanks for looking.

    Before tagging this thread I checked the site and the pop up never appeared for me (Chrome latest on Win7Pro). This time it took an excessively long time for the page and then the pop up to load, which is something that I recall was a problem in the past, although I do not know how long the delay is set for in the widget.

    Thanks for the info. I checked in Chrome on Windows 7, but it’s working for me there as well, so it could be that there was a temporary glitch.

    The MailChimp code doesn’t show what the set delay is, but based on loading time on my side it seems to be at 5 seconds. The page itself is loading at normal speed for me.
