  I love my mail chimp account, but it’s not working on wordpress! I would love to have it available here!

  You can’t install plugins (or third-party themes) on WordPress.com blogs/sites.

  If you want to have the capability of uploading plugins (and have complete control over your site), you can hire a host, and install a free theme from WordPress.org.
