  How do I Add a signup form to my wordpress blog via mail chimp?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unless Aweber or Mail Chimp has a plain HTML option for their code (no form code, iframe or javascript) then you are not going to be able to use them here at wordpress.com. It could be that you can get some HTML link code from them that will allow people who click on the link to be transported to a signup form at Aweber or Mail Chimp.

  A mail chimp widget or shortcode for WordPress.com would be useful for many folks, though.

  I looked briefly yesterday at work and did not see one. But I was busy doing, well, other work. So they might have one. If so, it is not obvious. I’m a new mail chimp user though and have lots to learn about it. A former co-worker used ConstantCotanct but that offered more than we need, with a big learning curve and lots of problems. I never even tried to find a way to link to it on our company blog.
