Mail delay time for premium subscribing

  Hi,

  I fulfill the all the information needed to subscribe a premium account.
  After giving my visa informations, WordPress told me that I will receive a confirmation mail to activate that account.
  It’s been 2 days and I still don’t have that email. Neither in the spam neither in the advertising box.
  Is it normal ?

  Hi there,

  I do not see any transaction for the premium plan under your account. Were you charged on your bank statement? If so, I can get the transaction ID from you via email so that I can look up the subscription.

  No not charged yet on my bank statement but I don’t know the delay time between the potential transaction and the moment when I could see it on my visa account.

  Would I do it once again ?

  I don’t see any attempted orders or card authorizations in our system for your account so you were not charged anything, even though you saw a notification that the transaction was successful.
