Mail delivery issue

Hello, my domain — memelab.com is connected via wordpress and setup to forward email to my gmail account. However, recently, any attempt to email me at (for example: (email visible only to moderators and staff)) results in an error of 554 5.7.1 Spam message rejected.

I’ve done some research and I’m wondering if it has anything to do with DMARC. Please help. Thanks.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Answering my own question — in case anyone finds thi:

    Try these instructions:

    https://wpmailsmtp.com/how-to-create-dmarc-record

It amounts to adding a new DNS record. In my case, (presumably yours), DNS was managed at wordpress. Wasn’t easy to find (for me) but go to:
    https://wordpress.com/sites
Find your domain and select Domains and DNS from the “…” menu

Then generally follow the instructions in the above link.

I have a quick update! Our developer looked into your issue, and it looks like three of your emails were impacted by this issue, but it should be fixed for you now.
