mail forwarding not working

  Hi,

  Mail forwarding is currently not working.

  It should be setup for my domain

  I have tested forwarding email and nothing arrives at gmail. I have checked spam folders etc.

  This was configured a few years ago and had previously been working.

  Unfortunately I can not give you details regarding the domain or the email address as this information will be posted publicly.

  Hi there,

  Are you testing from the Gmail account that the email is forwarding to? Please note that Gmail will block those emails as it’s seen as a duplicate. Have you tried testing from an email not associated with your Email Forwarding? Please also check your Spam and Social folders.

  If you have and it’s still not working, let me know and I will try a test email.
