Mail Notifications

  Hello dear WordPress-Support Team.

  I comment a lot of blog articles and recently I get a lot of E-Mails
  everytime when someone replies to those blog entries. Now I wanted to ask
  you if there is a possibility not to receive any mails in that case
  anymore. I just read very often that a lot of bloggers are handling with
  this problem as well, but are not able to contact the support team.

  You can unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the email.

  When leaving future comments, make sure that “Notify me of follow-up comments via email” is not checked at the bottom of the comment form.

  Thanks for the reply, but the “Notify me of follow up comments via email” is always unchecked. So this is why I don’t get it :(

  The default was recently changed to checked rather than unchecked, so please double-check the next time you comment to make sure that it is in fact unchecked.
