My subscribers are not getting the email notification to confirm their subscription after I installed and set up the MailPoet plugin.

@jimreno, you may want to reach out direct to MailPoet about this. Here’s a link to some of their forum help threads from the .org side:

I use MailPoet on several sites, and certain hosts have rules about sending emails that can interfere. I ended up setting up a SendGrid account (which MailPoet has a link for that gives you a better, more robust, free account)… never had a problem with it and I run a digital media site that sends out hundreds of content summary digests every day.
