mail postupdates to visitors

  Hi,

  I’d like to ask how to make my blog sending a mail to people who visited my site if I publish a new post.
  For example that they subscribe somewhere at my page, so they get a mail if there’s a new post on the page…

  Thanks in advance!

  Ps: I read that it isn’t possible to make the comments visible without clicking ‘…comments’. Is there really no option for it?

  You can offer e-mail updates via the Feedburner service. Please review http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/ for the steps.

  WordPress.com themes display comments only on the specific post page. You cannot force comments to display on your blog’s front page or within archive pages. Believe me – this would get messy.
