  Hi @maro747 – Can you share the domain of the site that you need help with?

  You can use the MailChimp Widget on your WordPress.com site. The step by step instructions on adding it to your footer or sidebar (depending on your theme) are here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/

  Plugins are different than Widgets, and are a feature only supported on WordPress.org sites. These sites are self hosted and use the installation of WordPress. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are very different, those differences are outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
