  Where could I get MailChimp in the wordpress? Where could I get all the plugins also in WordPress. Thank you

  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.COM sites have some builtin plugins. There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and no blogger installed plugin capability. Those exist only on wordpress.ORG software installs.

  No blogger installed plugins http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  WordPress.COM Staff have recently added the Mailchimp widget for subscriptions and here is the link to the guide you must use https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp

  Thanks. I tried loading the installation on my Windows XP and got stuck. It can’t open a php file. How to do the installation.

  If you are trying to load PHP files, then it sounds like you are using WordPress.ORG and not WordPress.COM – like @timethief linked earlier, see this guide for the differences between the two: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
