Mailchimp form not showing up properly on website.

My website is showing hardcode for the mailchimp widget in safari but not chrome. It is only on the archive page but I cant find a way to resolve. Here is my webiste https://weeuphoria.com/blog-fitness-health/

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
