  Good morning,
  I’ve been chosen recently to help managing the website ramics.org .
  We would like to create a newsletter using MailChimp, but It seems I cannot install the plugin even if I have an admin account.
  Maybe should I receive a particular authorisation to apply this kind of changes?
  How can I install the MailChimp plugin?
  Furthermore, is it possible to create some mail address accounts using the domain (email visible only to moderators and staff) by WordPress? If yes, how can I do?

  WordPress.com does not use plugins, but you can add MailChimp to your website. Here’s some information on how to set that up: https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/

  And there are several options for setting up email addresses with your domain. You can read about them at https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
