Mailchimp Liste

    Hi there

    I connected in WordPress.com to Mailchimp. Now Jetpack tells me it won’t forward the new subscribers to mailchimp. The dropdown does not allow me to change to any other option.
    Where can I find help or is there any configuration I need to change?

    Hi there,

    Now Jetpack tells me it won’t forward the new subscribers to mailchimp

    There is no connection at all between Jetpack/WordPress.com subscribers on your site, and your Mailchimp mailing list, and Jetpack/WordPress.com subscribers cannot be exported to other platforms.

    You can download a CSV file of your email-only subscribers from My Site ->Manage ->People ->Email Followers, which you can then import to a Mailchimp list. But this is not possible for followers who subscribed to your site using a WordPress.com account.

    Those you can only migrate between different Jetpack sites in your WordPress.com account.
