Mailchimp Pop-up

  Hey guys,
  I’m trying to put a pop-up subscription on my homepage. I have created my form in mailchimp. I then hit publish, then copied the code. In WordPress I went to customize, then widgets, then footer 3, add widget, chose Mailchimp Subscribe Pop-up. I added my code, hit save and publish and then my code changes to:
  [mailchimp_subscriber_popup baseUrl='mc.us15.list-manage.com' uuid='76e9cae54b2e8a84aa7e55c9b' lid='6a73c5c71f' usePlainJson='true' isDebug='false']

  and it won’t work. Any suggestions?
