mailchimp pop up

got the code for the pop up sign up form and put it in the mailchimp widget but the subscribe button doesnt show…it only shows the text but no subscribe button. same with the embedded forms.

The mailchimp and aweber pop-up subscription code provided by those source sites will not operate on WordPress.COM hosted sites. Staff have recently added the mailchimp widget for subscriptions and here is the link to the guide you must use https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp Scroll down to The Subscriber Popup Form there.

yes i followed the guide. i put the code in the widget for mail chimp. the pop-up shows but the subscribe button doesnt show. just the text. for example, subscribe to my mailing list shows but the button to click on to subscribe doesnt show

There’s a little difference in the mailchimp code that seems to be causing trouble. Can you get your code, then change the part that says //downloads.mailchimp.com to //s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com ? Then paste that new version of the code.

Actually, my apologies. That issue was fixed, so it’d seem there’s a different problem in your case.
I don’t currently see any pop up widgets, so can you please re-add one so we can take a look?

The mailchimp pop-up is working for me now. I’m on a PC running Windows 10 and using Firefox 56.
