Mailchimp Pop-up doesn't appear

  I’m trying to put the pop-up mail chimp form but it doesn’t appear. Tried to out it in the sidebar and in the footer but nothing works.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Forgot to mention I put the code in the mailchimp widget but doesn’t works.
