  I have pasted the code and followed the guide but it is not working on my site.

  Hi there,

  On what site are you trying to add the Mailchimp pop-up?

  The Mailchimp pop-up form can only be used on sites on our Business or eCommerce plan. You are a user on such a site, but you only have a Contributor role on the site. Adding the Mailchimp pop-up on that site can only be done by a site admin, as that code has to be added via a plugin.
