MailChimp problems

  Hello, my web designer has my contact me in MailChimp, but I really hate their support, their everything. If I go with another company, can you help me change that in my contact me section of my website?

  Hi there,

  Could you please clarify what you mean by “another company”? Are you planning to move your site to WordPress.com? Please bare in mind that these forums are designed only for issues/sites regarding WordPress.com, issues with self-hosted blogs should be discussed in the self-hosted forums.

  WordPress.com does offer its own contact form which is often used on “Contact Me” sections: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/

  If your blog uses the self-hosted version of WordPress, you can use the Jetpack plugin to get access to contact forms too: https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/

  Although WordPress.com also offers some compatibility of Mailchimp, issues exclusive to Mailchimp should please be addressed with Mailchimp’s support instead.
