MailChimp Subscriber Pop-up won't show on my WordPress site

  I created the pop-up by going to MailChimp — Lists — Subscriber pop-up. Just like before. But now it won’t work.
  The only change I made was that I added an image and I created a sequence of emails to be sent once someone opts-in.
  Can’t figure it out….

  Also I have the MailChimp Subscriber Pop-up widget installed on my website with the necessary code already copied and pasted into it.
  I know the pop-up was working before because I got a couple of subscribers. Just can’t figure out why it isn’t working now that I’ve changed it and added an email sequence…

  I just realized what’s happening. The pop-up is showing on my Blog page but not on my Homepage. How do I change this so that it shows on my Homepage?
