Mailchimp Subscriber Popup Issues

  Hello – I’m trying to add a Mailchimp Subscriber Popup widget to my site, but am running into some difficulty. When I copy and paste the code from Mailchimp into WordPress, WordPress alters what I enter and no popup window is added.

  I am adding this code:

  [mailchimp_subscriber_popup baseUrl='mc.us12.list-manage.com' uuid='b8272e542993c1483fb3f7a82' lid='0547faa353' usePlainJson='false' isDebug='false']

  And WordPress is altering it to this when I save changes:

  [mailchimp_subscriber_popup baseUrl='mc.us12.list-manage.com' uuid='b8272e542993c1483fb3f7a82' lid='0547faa353' usePlainJson='false' isDebug='false']

  Hi there!

  It seems that the forums may have also altered the code, the format though, looks correct.
  Could you add the original code from MailChimp but click on the button code before and after the actual code? That will ensure the formatting won’t be changed.

  Yes, it did indeed alter it when I hit publish…
