Mailchimp tags
-
Hi I need to connect wordpress site with Mailchimg. The problem is the website has two different forms, and we want to segmeny people differently using tags based on the form they fill out. If a person fills out the B2B form on the same website, they should receive a specific tag for B2B market. If a person fills out the B2C form, they should receive that specific tag for b2c market.

Hello there @sepacmarija!
Thank you for reaching out to ask about this.
Whilst there is a Mailchimp Block, that you can use to add Mailchimp sign up forms to your site, this would be to one specific list. The segmentation feature from Mailchimp would only be accessible via a plugin.Mailchimp has a Premium plugin, whereby you can add multiple forms as well as point the respondents to specific audiences that you’ve set up over there (at Mailchimp’s site), that you display on pages or posts of your WordPress website.
You can tag subscribers in the form, using the Mailchimp Premium plugin. To use plugins in your site on WordPress.com, you’d need to have a Business plan or higher.
Were there other combined features that you were looking at pairing with this capability, on your site?I hope this has been helpful, but feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
