Mailchimp Verification Failing

    I followed the instructions from Mailchimp to add a CNAME record to my DNS records and my domain verification with Mailchimp was not successful.

    Mailchimp said I should contact my domain provider (WordPress) to see if there’s another location for those records or find out why WordPress is not sending them the validation files needed to Authenticate after the CNAME records are input.

    Please advise on how I can proceed. Thank you!

    Hi, what CNAME record was it you needed to add? Sometimes it can take a while for new DNS records to propagate (i.e. be detected by servers around the world); we generally suggest allowing up to 48 hours for that to happen – has it been more than 72 hours since the DNS records were added?
