Mailchimp Version 3.4 causes fatal error on site

Just tried to install the latest version of the Mailchimp Plugin 3.4 on my WordPress/WooCommerce site (I have never installed Mailchimp before) and when activated I received a fatal error:

I deactivated all other plugins besides WooCommerce and tried again but same issue. I’m using the Flatsome Child theme.
Are there any know issues that I should be looking at?
