How can I use this plugin? I have been reading articles that says it can be done on WordPress.
I would like to have a Mailchimp customized email that goes out to my subscribers. Please help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs. The difference is broken down here:
The good news is you can still setup a Mailchimp newsletter with WordPress.com. You’ll just need to include a link in the sidebar that directs users to the sign-up URL rather than embedding the form directly onto your site. This user has a pretty detailed tutorial:
