Mailchimp won’t stop appearing

    Hi, I’m a total newbie so any help appreciated. I am moving from Mailchimp to Convertkit. I have disabled all mailchimp plugins but the sign up form still appears on my website as a pop up for new visitors. I have disconnected my site from the mailchimp site and don’t know how to stop it appearing. Can you help me please?

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
